My role as a Consumer Content Writer at Admiral sees me turn complicated, jargon-heavy communications into accessible, easy-to-understand letters, emails, and more — primarily to ensure Admiral is compliant with Consumer Duty regulations, in helping their customers make good decisions, and to aid customers' understanding. I also currently write their weekly email newsletters,  sent to millions of Admiral Home, Motor, Multi, Van, and Travel Insurance customers across the UK, as well as SEO-optimised articles covering a range of topics.
